Returns & Refund Policy 

At Kind Cart Kids, we do our best to make sure every item is quality checked, accurately described, and photographed so you can shop with confidence. Because many of our items are pre-loved, please note that some natural signs of gentle use may be present.

Returns & Refunds

New items (unused, with tags) may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit.

Pre-loved items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless:

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • The item arrives in a condition different from its description/photos.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info.kindcart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please include your order number and photos if applicable.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Store credit is processed once the item has been received and checked.

Non-Returnable Items

Pre-loved clothing, toys, and accessories (unless faulty or incorrectly described).

Clearance or Bargain Bin items.

Gift cards.
